$35 per stay
This rental package includes all the cooking essentials needed to prepare and eat a small meal: Electric Hot Plate, Pot, Frying Pan and Cooking utensils.

Booking Policies
Reservations are reviewed, and a confirmation email will be sent once approved. Making a reservation does not guarantee a booking until it is approved.
👨💼Single occupancy only.
📅Reservation start date must be within 2 weeks of today or the last booked date.
🏡Guest must have a permanent out-of-town residence, and be in town on a work or study assignment. (no locals) -We may require proof of work/study assignment.
💳Guest must have a valid credit card in their name.
🪪Guests must be 21 years or older to book a room.
💲Payment
Once the reservation is confirmed, a $100 refundable deposit and $100 cleaning fee ($200 total) will be charged to the credit card used at booking. (For apartments, a $125 refundable deposit and $125 cleaning fee ($250 total) will be charged.
Guests will be set up on WEEKLY AUTOPAY using an ACH Bank Transfer. An invoice with instructions on how to add a bank account will be sent out prior to arrival. The weekly rate will be automatically charged on the Day of Arrival, and then each consecutive week until departure.
A Credit Card may be used instead of an ACH Bank Transfer, but will incur a 3% convivence fee.
