The Twin Rock Suites, located in a quiet suburb in Ontario, NY, is conveniently located off a main highway for easy access to Rochester and surrounding areas.
Designed for traveling professionals, we ensure a clean, quiet, and safe environment. Conveniently situated near major hospitals (Rochester Regional, Strong Memorial), universities (University of Rochester, RIT), and local amenities, we focus on providing quality accommodations tailored for healthcare professionals, tradesmen, and graduate students seeking comfort and convenience.
Our locally owned property features a structure built in 2023 with 21 suites, including three fully ADA accessible rooms, alongside our charming original motel from the 1950s, which boasts 8 rooms and 4 apartments. Experience the perfect blend of comfort and convenience at The Twin Rock.
A Unique Stay Experience
We redefine the traditional motel experience for mid-term guests with stays 1 week to 6 months.
SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY ensures a comfortable and quiet environment. Our services cater exclusively to individuals with permanent out-of-town residence visiting for work or study assignments.
CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN with smart locks, as there is no front desk or staffed office.
We CHARGE ON A WEEKLY BASIS, so you don't need to pay for your entire stay in advance. At booking, we ask for a refundable deposit and a cleaning fee. Guests will be set up on weekly auto pay on a credit card. The weekly rate will be automatically charged on the day of arrival, and then each consecutive week until departure.
A FLEXIBLE BOOKING POLICY means we won't book your room until you're ready to leave. If you to depart early, just give us a week's notice to receive your refundable deposit.
AMENITIES designed to meet your needs including complimentary Wifi and smart TV's with streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.). Individually controlled AC/heat for comfort year-round.
NO MAID SERVICE, so guests are expected to maintain cleanliness in their rooms and launder their own bedding and towels as needed. 24/7 coin-operated laundry facilities on-site, and all linens and towels are included.

Each space is diligently maintained and immaculately cleaned between stays to ensure a fresh, welcoming environment. We offer non-smoking rooms to foster a fresh, healthy atmosphere, and kindly request that no pets accompany, allowing for an allergy-free experience for all guests.
